Price Files
  • Price files can be easly updated through importing CSV files directly into
    BOOM. Any price variance at purchase order or billing stage is automatically
    highlighted and can be updated on the fly.
Project Costing
  • Multiple template choices with built in formulas allows for quick calculation of
    materials and quantities from a plan "take-off".
  • Suppliers' materials and price files easily updated.
Purchase Orders
  • Purchase orders are created for each supplier. You can selet which
    materials to order or Purchase Orders can be generated automatically for the
    whole project.
  • Generates a Specification Summery which reduces the incident of
    incorect materials being orderd.
Reporting
  • Ass supplier invoices are received they are checked against the purchase
    orders and costings to ensure the invoice is correct>
  • Any adjustments are recorded so you instantly know any impact on the

Supplier Invoice
  • Invoices can be entered as soon as they are received so that the system is
    always up to date. Diffrent approval levels and parameters can be assigned

  • Differences in invoice costs compared to project costing can be allocated to
    project profit/loss or invoiced to clients.
  • Able to adjust material costs directly from invoices to keep costs currents.
